SURREAL THINGS. SURREALISM AND DESIGN
Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, Rotterdam, September 2007. The project was realised in occasion of the opening of the exhibition ‘Surreal things. Surrealism and design’, the first to explore the influence of Surrealism on the world of design – theatre, interiors, fashion, film, architecture, and advertising. The translucent installation was placed over the fountain of the Museum’s courtyard, enhancing the figure of the statue and amplifying the sound of the water. A series of lectures and shows were performed inside the temporary environment.
